Ruschke und Partner realizes a wide range of training media (e.g. brochures, books, booklets, DVDs) for Porsche AG and is responsible for all media production, from pre-press to production and distribution.

In addition to the entire production management, Ruschke und Partner is responsible for the conception and creation of training media in up to 13 languages.

Ruschke und Partner coordinates the translation agencies involved as part of the media production.

For 14 years Ruschke und Partner has realized various mail campaigns for DELL in up to 13 countries with millions of copies. It is also responsible for print and fulfilment management throughout Europe.

The format and postage of every mail is optimized in accordance with the requirements of local postal companies (20). The respective address data is prepared and processed according to country.

Variable data printing
Task:
Consultancy, project management, cost-optimised production, taking into consideration the postal specifications in each country

Ruschke and Partner has successfully implemented variable data printing solutions for DELL. The use of variable data printing allows highly personalised messages and content to be communicated.

Specific information about each target person forms the basis for this process. Using layout templates which have been developed in advance and an image database, variable printing can start immediately after the customer data has been processed.

A database is used to manage the allocation of the data to each print run. This ensures that the information sent to each recipient is customised for him or her.

Market launch campaign for "Volvic leichtperlig"
Task:
Consultancy, supply chain management and producton of POS communication media

At the start of the project, Ruschke and Partner produced an innovative sales folder (video-in-print). This was used during the presentation of the campaign to the target group of managing directors of large retailers.

Step 2: An eye-catching mailing for retailers was used to present the product, its USP and its market potential to the beverage trade. Ruschke and Partner were responsible for consultancy, production management and distribution on schedule.

Step 3: Decoration packages were produced for Volvic leichtperlig and Volvic naturelle with individual elements from the products which added the finishing touches to the presentation of the brand at the POS.

An eye-catching inflatable bottle immediately attracted the attention of shoppers at the POS. Ruschke and Partner ensured that the solution could be implemented and managed the low-cost production in the Far East.

The evian sales promotion campaign "live the moment" was launched to increase sales. Ruschke and Partner took responsibility for producing the POS media and ...

... developed eye-catching displays, making best possible use of the available sales area to present a large number of product units.

One important requirement was that the display must be easy to handle and assemble at the POS. Complete set of display components: surround, top sign and product trays. The small size of the packed display makes it ideal for use by field sales staff.

All the additional communication media were made available in a "POS toolbox". These enhanced the visual impact of the campaign.
The POS measures contributed significantly to the successful product launch.

Volvic/evian loyalty promotion
Task:
Implementation of a promotion and customer loyalty campaign covering the whole of Germany

The sales promotion campaign for the Volvic and evian brands increased sales and customer loyalty. Ruschke and Partner managed the production of the promotion material and the logistic execution of the campaign.

Customers receive loyalty points for the purchase of every crate of Volvic or evian. When they reach a certain number of points, they send in their card in order to receive the advertised loyalty bonus.

Customer loyalty is increased by means of attractive bonuses. Ruschke and Partner managed the mailing production, distribution of bonuses and warehousing.

DFB aktuell magazine
Task:
Full service corporate publishing, including concept, design, advertising management, e-paper, production, distribution

The DFB publishes a magazine for every international match played by the German national football team in Germany, which is distributed at the stadium on the matchday to the press, VIPs and visitors. Size: 100 pages. Circulation: up to 50,000 copies.

"DFB aktuell" is an up-to-date publication produced immediately before the matchday. In addition to the prepress, print production and distribution, Ruschke and Partner is also responsible for the project management, design and layout.

"DFB aktuell" is not only distributed at the stadium on the day of the international match. It can simultaneously be read as an e-paper on the DFB website.
